Glenn is a seasoned leadership and recruitment professional with nearly 30 years of service as a firefighter for the City of San Jose. His extensive experience in mechanical systems, structural environments, and complex on site problem solving provides a strong technical foundation when working with construction contracting and engineering-focused professionals.
With more than two decades of experience mentoring and developing young men through community leadership initiatives, Glenn brings a disciplined, coaching-driven approach to talent development. He also holds formal counseling certifications, enhancing his ability to support and guide emerging professionals.
Glenn leverages his diverse experience in leadership, coaching, and technical environments to recruit, develop, and mentor emerging professionals within the insurance field.
